1. How do I make a purchase?
- Find the product/s that you would like to purchase (if your product has options e.g. size, then select the option you require).
- Click 'Add to cart'.
- You can always view your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the website.
- On the cart page, put a tick in the box to agree to our terms & conditions, then select 'Checkout'.
- At the checkout, double check your order and then choose whether to create an account, log into your existing account or checkout as a guest.
- Enter your billing and delivery information. Then follow the onscreen instructions to make payment and complete your order.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also accept the following Buy Now, Pay Later methods:
Klarna:
- Select "buy now, pay later" at the checkout.
- The first instalment will be taken when you place the order.
- Then 2 further instalments will automatically be taken over the next 2 months.

- Select "Clearpay" at the checkout.
- The first instalment will be taken when you place the order.
- Then 3 further instalments will automatically be taken fortnightly over the next 6 weeks.

3. How Do I Order the FREE CLP Labels?
You can order FREE CLP Labels for each fragrance oil you purchase by selecting the option 'Yes' on the product page where it asks 'Do you require FREE CLP labels?'. A dropdown text box will then appear so you can change the fragrance name (if required).
Note: Your labels will be generated using your delivery address so ensure you add your business name at the checkout.
4. Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes! You will receive an email confirming your order has been received.
5. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We do accept custom orders. Please contact us here to discuss your individual requirements.
6. Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes! We can take orders over the phone. We will then email you an invoice for you to complete the payment online.
7. What delivery methods do you offer?
We use the following services for our UK customers: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days), Royal Mail 48 (1-3 working days) and DPD (next working day).
We also ship to most other countries via DPD, Fed-Ex, DHL and Royal Mail. For full details on our delivery services, please visit here.
8. My order has not arrived, what can I do?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 5 days, please get in touch with us here with your order number and we will look into this for you.
International delivery can take up to 7-10 working days so please allow for this.
