We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders over £100 (excluding full boxes of wax)
All orders are shipped in the order received, Monday to Friday.
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and Bank Holidays. Your order will be dispatched on the next working day.
We aim to dispatch same day or within 1 working day. (This may increase to 3 working days during busy seasonal periods e.g. Christmas).

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Next Day Delivery.
Delivery costs are calculated on the weight of the items in your cart.

Delivery Options - International
We use DPD, FedEx and DHL to ship our international orders with the exception of a few countries that the courier we use will vary.
International Customs Tax
For the majority of EU countries, you will be required to pay a customs tax on your order, this is set by your government. We cover the cost of the customs clearance fee but not the customs fees themselves. Our courier will be in touch via email with instructions on how this can be paid. Your shipment will not be released by the courier until this payment is made.
