This policy sets out the returns and refund procedure for goods purchased through our e-commerce site: www.scentify.co.uk.
This policy runs in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and also The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which are there to protect your legal rights.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights.

1. Cancellations
All purchases are final.
Once an order is placed on our website, we are unable to amend it or cancel it.
If you are in any doubt, please contact us before making a purchase.
2. Faulty / Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt and we will rectify the issue.
3. Returns
If you receive your item/s and simply change your mind, you have the right to cancel the contract with ourselves by returning the products received.
Returns for any unused items can only be accepted if you inform us of your intent to cancel within 14 days from the receipt of your order.
Upon acceptance of the return, you then have 14 days to send the goods back to ourselves at your own cost.
You will then be reimbursed within 14 days of the day we get the goods back using the same payment method that was originally used.
Note: If the products returned show clear signs of usage, we retain the right to deduct up to 50% of the original cost to cover the diminished value of the goods.
Returns can be made following the instructions below:
1. Inform us of your intent to cancel here. (Please include your order number so we can start the return process quicker).
2. Parcel your unused items back in their original packaging and return them to:

3. Once your items have been received back and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to show up as different banks have different processing times.
Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example; gifts cards, custom moulds.
If an item you ordered was purchased with a discount code, then we will only refund the amount that you paid and not the amount the item was listed for.
