1. What is Clearpay?
We’ve partnered with Clearpay to give you a better shopping experience.
Clearpay allows you to shop the things you love and pay over time. When you choose Clearpay at the checkout, you can purchase instantly and then pay for your goods in 4 automatic instalments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
All payments are interest-free and there are no additional fees when you pay on time.
2. Why won't Clearpay accept my order?
We are currently offering Clearpay as a payment method in selected regions and we are sorry if you have experienced some issues whilst trying to place your order. It can be subject to eligibility based on criteria set by the Clearpay team and on this occasion it may be that you did not meet the criteria.
Please spend responsibly. Borrowing more than you can afford could seriously affect your financial status. Make sure you can afford your repayments on time.

3. How do I use Clearpay?
Just shop on our website and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Clearpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account.
Clearpay is only available to customers over 18 years old with a UK bank account and UK billing address. Customers with an international billing address will not be able to create a Clearpay account.
Please note that Clearpay are an independent payment company and SCENTIFY Ltd have no influence over whether your payment with Clearpay is accepted or not. If you have any trouble with your order, please contact Clearpay Customer Service here.
4. How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
You make the first payment at the time of purchase, then the remaining three payments are taken every 2 weeks automatically from your selected payment method.
If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you can do this by logging into your Clearpay account. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Clearpay account at anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
5. What if I can’t pay a Clearpay instalment?
As soon as you miss a payment, Clearpay will immediately stop you from making any further purchases. Clearpay will give you until 11pm on the following day to make your repayment and then you will incur a late fee for a missed payment that is not resolved. This will be an initial £6 and a further fee of £6 if the missed payment is not made within 7 days.
Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.

6. Can I use another form of payment with Clearpay?
Yes, you may also use a gift card or promotional code with Clearpay to pay for your purchase.
7. How do I return an item purchased with Clearpay?
As soon as SCENTIFY Ltd have accepted your return, Clearpay will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Clearpay app immediately.
